VelvaneWorld respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid copyright notices under applicable law. If you believe protected work has been used without authorization, submit a notice through our copyright reporting channel.
What a notice should include
Please identify the work claimed to be infringed, identify the material to be removed with enough detail to locate it, provide contact information, and include required good-faith and accuracy statements with an authorized signature.
Counter-notices
If material was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing the information required by law. We may restore material where appropriate.
Repeat infringement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others. Knowingly false claims may carry legal consequences.
